  1. Testing Instructions – We’ll explain which labs you need, whether fasting is required, and any other preparation details.

  2. Lab Location or Kit – If your package includes a lab kit, we’ll let you know when it will be shipped to your home. If your testing is at a lab location, we’ll provide all the information you need to complete it.

  3. Consult Booking – A 60–90 minute consult must be booked alongside your labs (length depends on the package). After your results are completed and returned, this consult will be used to review your results in detail and discuss insights from your testing.

  4. Support & Guidance – While this package is focused on insight and lab analysis, we’ll ensure you understand how to complete testing and submit results so your consult is as productive as possible.
