Meet Dr. Chloe
Hello, I'm Dr. Chloe Horwood-Little.
You deserve more than being told your labs are "normal" when you still don't feel like yourself.
I believe everyone deserves more than another appointment where they are told everything looks “normal.” They deserve to be heard, to have their concerns taken seriously, and to receive clear, evidence-informed answers that help them understand their health.
My passion for functional and integrative medicine is both professional and deeply personal. Like many of the people I work with, I have experienced my own health challenges, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), mast cell activation, and histamine intolerance. These experiences have shaped the way I practice, giving me a genuine appreciation for how frustrating it can be to search for answers, try countless diets, supplements, and treatments, and still feel that something important is being overlooked.
Those experiences reinforced my belief that lasting health begins by understanding the underlying factors contributing to symptoms, rather than simply managing them. They also strengthened my commitment to ensuring every patient understands the purpose behind their care. Healthcare should be collaborative, empowering, and transparent, with recommendations that are tailored, evidence-based, and clearly explained.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Chiropractic) and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic (Honors) from RMIT University in Australia, completing more than 5,700 hours of combined undergraduate and postgraduate clinical training. During my clinical placement in a functional medicine practice, I developed a strong interest in investigating complex chronic health conditions through a personalized, evidence-informed approach.
Before entering clinical practice, I was a Division I–recruited athlete and later played professional basketball in Australia’s Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL). I subsequently worked as a personal trainer, experiences that fostered a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, performance, resilience, and the importance of supporting the body as an interconnected system rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.
Today, I work with women and men seeking answers for complex thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, metabolic health concerns, and healthy ageing. My goal is to help you understand what is driving your symptoms, connect the dots between your health history and laboratory findings, and develop a personalized plan that enables you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

My Philosophy
You deserve to understand your health—not just be told what to do.
Many people come to me after trying diets, supplements, medications, or seeing multiple healthcare providers, yet they're still searching for answers. They're often left wondering why they continue to experience symptoms despite being told their tests are "normal."
My role is to help answer that question.
Every consultation is designed to take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and laboratory findings to identify patterns that may have been overlooked. Rather than viewing the body as a collection of separate systems, I evaluate how your thyroid, hormones, gut, immune system, metabolism, nervous system, genetics, and lifestyle work together to influence your health.
My goal isn't simply to recommend testing, supplements, or treatments. It's to help you understand why I'm making those recommendations, what your results mean, and how each piece fits into the bigger picture of your health.
I believe that when you understand your body, you're better equipped to make informed decisions and feel confident in the path forward.
When appropriate, I collaborate with your primary care physician, Nurse Practitioner, and other healthcare providers to ensure your care is coordinated, personalized, and evidence-informed.
